tenant insurance requirements

To meet the insurance requirements of the lease tenants are required to prove that they have liability insurance protection that extends to the townhome. Reynolds Investments must be added as an additional insured to Tenant's Rental Insurance policy.

A tenant’s insurance policy needs to be purchased that includes a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage. You must provide Reynolds Investments with a copy of the declaration’s page prior to or at move-in.

You are free to purchase your tenant insurance from any agent that you prefer. We recommend our State Farm agent, Glen Cochran. Ask for Drew. The state farm office is located at 406 Roanoke St, Christiansburg, VA 24073, Phone number (540) 382-0004. A tenant policy should cost approximately $115, and it could cover up to two tenants in the same townhome.

By VT Student Services, this form was created to aid in communication between roommates about expectations and to define basic guidelines for their living arrangement. This is not required, although recommended to look it over.
